Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and agile Business Development Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Sales, Appointment Setting, and Inside Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads through cold outreach, booking qualified appointments, nurturing prospects, and closing deals independently.





The role requires an individual contributor who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new healthcare clients, developing a strong sales pipeline, and effectively presenting Viaante's Healthcare RCM service offerings to decision-makers in the US healthcare industry.

Healthcare RCM Sales

· Promote Healthcare RCM services including:
· Prior Authorization
· Eligibility Verification
· Medical Coding
· Charge Capture
· Payment Posting
· Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up
· Credentialing Services
· Develop customized sales approaches and value propositions based on client requirements.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Client Acquisition

· Target healthcare organizations including:
· Medical Billing Companies
· Physician Groups
· Clinics
· Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)
· Radiology Centers
· Diagnostic Laboratories
· Specialty Practices
