About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive who can take ownership of Sales hiring across India for a fast-growing food/FMCG organisation.
This is not a coordination-only recruitment role.



You will be responsible for building strong Sales talent pipelines, identifying the right profiles, driving the hiring process end-to-end, and closing positions within defined timelines.
You will work closely with the TA Lead and Sales Hiring Managers and will get exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth business where speed, quality and ownership matter.

What You’ll Own
• Own end-to-end Sales hiring across India – from sourcing to joining.
• Build strong Sales pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases & vendors.
• Screen for role fit, experience, stability, location, CTC & notice period.
• Drive interviews, offers, closures and joining conversions.
• Manage multiple vacancies with robust TAT, follow-up and execution discipline.
• Maintain hiring MIS and continuously improve sourcing quality & productivity.

What We’re Looking For
