About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven revenue leader who can work closely with business and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, sales efficiency, and overall business performance.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll go beyond reporting numbers — you’ll identify what is driving revenue, where we are losing opportunities,



and what we can do differently to accelerate growth.

What You’ll Own
Revenue Strategy & Growth
• Identify current revenue opportunities across products, pricing, channels, and customer segments.
• Partner with leadership on annual plans, revenue targets, and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue predictability, scalability, and profitability.
• Explore low-cost growth opportunities such as referrals, repeat purchases, and organic growth channels.
• Track market, competitor, and customer trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Revenue Operations
• Own revenue planning, forecasting, target setting, and business performance tracking.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance.
