• 20+ years of overall experience with significant experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Sales and Sales Leadership
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading channel/distribution businesses
• Proven experience managing Pan-India distributor, dealer and reseller networks
• Robust track record of delivering significant revenue and profitability targets.
• Experience in IT Hardware, Printers, POS, AIDC, Scanners, Mobility, Electronics, Electricals,
• Office Automation or Technology Products preferred.
• Strong understanding of primary/secondary sales, sell-through, channel inventory, distribution

• Proven experience in distributor appointment, network expansion and channel development.
• Strong exposure to pricing, commercial negotiations, channel schemes, incentives and credit
