Sales Trainer
• EPIK · Bangalore · Full time, in person, field-based across EPIK hubs
• Reports to: Head of Learning & Development (solid line).
• Works closely with hub and zone managers;
• where L&D; and hub priorities conflict, the Head of L&D; decides.

The roleYou will spend as much time in living rooms watching real demos as in a training room. You find where demos are being lost, build the material that fixes it, teach it face to face, coach CDEs one to one on live visits, and prove the improvement in the numbers.

You are a trainer and a field coach. You are not here to run a slide deck; you are here to raise how many demos become sales.

What you will doDiagnose• Ride along on live demos across Bangalore hubs: where the conversation opens, where the objection lands, where the close is missed.
• Run a skill-gap analysis across the CDE team and refresh it every quarter.
• Bring back evidence, not anecdote: what is going wrong, for how many CDEs, at which step.
Deliver• Run in-person sessions across EPIK's hubs: heavy on role play and debrief, light on lecture.




• Own the selling-skills part of CDE Certification Week and get new joiners to their first confident demo faster.
• Run refreshers for experienced CDEs, aimed at a real gap, not a calendar slot.
Coach• Ride along with individual CDEs and give feedback the same day, specific enough to use on the next visit.
• Run coaching plans for CDEs who need support, through to a measurable change.
• Teach hub managers to coach their own CDEs, so the improvement lasts after you leave the hub.
Measure• Report new-CDE ramp time, certification pass rates and demo-to-sale conversion.
• Compare trained against comparable untrained groups, so a lift is yours and not just a good month.
• Bring the numbers to the Head of L&D; monthly, including the ones that did not move.

What you bring• 5 years' experience, of which at least 3 years personally selling in a field, in-home or retail setting. You have carried a target yourself.
