Role Purpose
Own financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, providing the CFO and leadership team with reliable financial information, insights and forward-looking analysis for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive accurate and timely monthly financial closure and managementreporting.
• Ensure integrityof P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
• Manage key GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI and other applicablecompliances.
• Coordinate statutory,internal and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Lead the Annual OperatingPlan (AOP), budgetingand rolling forecasts.
• Prepare Actual vs Budget vs Forecastanalysis and explain key businessvariances.
• Develop profitability and KPI reportingacross Cyfuture's major business verticals.




• Build Base / Best / Downsidescenarios for revenue,EBITDA, cash flow and funding requirements.
• Develop and maintain integratedfinancial models covering P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, capex and debt.
• Support the CFO in fundraising, lender/investor reporting, financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
• Prepare Board, Investor and Management MIS.
• Partner with business teams to translatefinancial performance into actionable businessinsights.
