Position Overview
Samvedna Development Society is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to manage and support the organization's end-to-end HR functions.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, HR operations, employee documentation, labour law compliance, HR policies, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR practices,



excellent communication and coordination skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and a practical understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, And HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Payroll & HR Operations
• Coordinate and support the monthly payrol
