Performance Marketing Specialist – Digital Acquisition

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and work across multiple brands.

You will work under our Head of Customer Acquisition, supporting the execution, optimisation and continuous improvement of our digital customer-acquisition strategy.

This is a highly execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working inside the accounts, analysing data, identifying patterns, implementing changes and making sure marketing actions are completed properly.

You won’t just report numbers — you’ll be expected to understand why performance is changing and what needs to happen next.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performance Marketing

* Work hands-on across Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Execute and optimise Search, Performance Max and other campaigns
* Monitor budgets, spend, leads, CPL, CPA and conversions
* Review keywords, search terms, negative keywords and audiences
* Assist with campaign builds, ad copy,



assets and creative testing
* Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve or scale
* Monitor landing-page performance and conversion rates
* Execute agreed campaign changes and track their impact
* Identify patterns in performance and investigate why campaigns are improving or declining

GoHighLevel & Customer Journey

GoHighLevel (GHL) is an important part of this position.

You’ll help monitor and improve the complete customer journey, including:

* Lead flow and attribution
* Forms and integrations
* Prospect pipelines
* Workflows and automations
* SMS and email automations
* Lead-source tracking
* CRM reporting
* Troubleshooting lead-flow issues
* Connecting marketing campaigns with actual sales outcomes
