Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, propose suitable product solutions, and support the sales process from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.



Daily responsibilities include preparing technical proposals and quotations, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to address customer needs. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting product-related issues, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The Sales Engineer will also contribute to market research, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service.
Qualifications
• Strong Sales Engineering skills with the ability to understand industrial products, interpret technical specifications, and translate them into practical solutions for clients.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, including lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and post-sale support.
