About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive with a telecom industry background and hands-on exposure to power/energy systems used at telecom sites (DG-based backup power, site operations, etc.). You'll drive early-stage business development — identifying opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and helping shape our market approach in the telecom energy space.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage telecom operators, tower companies, and infrastructure providers as potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across telecom power, operations, and procurement functions
• Conduct first-level discussions to understand customer power/energy needs and challenges
• Coordinate with external market research partners to strengthen market intelligence
• Bring practical telecom industry knowledge to support the company's business development efforts
• Stay open to learning about emerging clean energy technologies relevant to the sector
What We're Looking For
• 3–7 years in B2B business development, preferably within telecom or telecom-adjacent industries
• Practical understanding of power/backup systems used at telecom sites
• Experience engaging with telecom operators, tower companies, or O&M; providers
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn about current/clean energy technologies
Basic Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing is an added advantage.
• MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Business Development preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
Language Skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi (
