Industry: Stainless Steel Trading and Distribution
Bhandari Stainless is a stainless steel trading and distribution company serving manufacturers, fabricators and industrial customers across different sectors. We have been serving in this industry for over 40+ years.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can take ownership of the complete sales process, from speaking with prospects to quotations, follow-ups, negotiation, closing and repeat business.
Key responsibilities:
• Call and engage new potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products
• Prepare and send quotations
• Follow up consistently on open enquiries
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• Convert enquiries into profitable orders
• Maintain all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
• Build relationships and generate repeat business
• Coordinate internally for stock,
processing and delivery
• Engage with suppliers for quotations on bought out items.
What we are looking for:
• Strong spoken Tamil and English
• Positive communication and listening skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow-ups
• Strong ownership and persistence
• Basic commercial and numerical understanding
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to work with CRM and Excel
• Stainless steel or B2B industrial sales experience is preferred (2+ Years)
The right person should be comfortable speaking to customers every day, following up consistently and taking responsibility for converting opportunities into profitable business.
