Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will prospect and qualify leads, conduct meetings and presentations with universities,



corporate clients, and training partners, and clearly communicate Splen’s portfolio of programs and solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The role involves regular follow-ups, building long-term client relationships, gathering feedback to support program improvement, and coordinating with delivery and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients. The Sales Executive is also expected to meet defined sales targets, participate in events or seminars when required, and represent the organization in a professional and consultative manner.
