What you'll do
This is a Customer Success–embedded systems role focused on designing scalable support workflows, automation, tooling, AI-enabled process improvements, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success leadership to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Design and improve workflows for ticket management, alerts, escalations, SLA tracking and handling, and collaboration between teams.
• Identify where AI can meaningfully support or automate parts of a workflow, and help implement practical AI-supported solutions.
• Use AI tools confidently for analysis, workflow design, automation, documentation, and operational improvements.
• Own and continuously improve tools such as Jira Service Management and Microsoft 365.
• Use data from tools such as Power BI as an input for automation, triggers, monitoring, and operational workflows rather than as a reporting-only function.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through workflow automation, system integrations, AI, and data-driven triggers.




• Collaborate with IT and technical teams on solution architecture, integrations and APIs, data flows, governance, and system dependencies.
• Lead or support system integrations and migrations.
• Document tooling, workflows, automation logic, and system configurations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and improve the CS/support operating model.

• 2+ years of experience in areas such as support operations, business systems, workflow automation, service management, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and Jira Service Management.
• Good understanding of SLAs, including how SLA logic, priorities, statuses, and escalations interact within support workflows.
• Positive understanding of ITIL concepts, especially incident, request, and change management.
