About the Internship
We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our retail team in Siliguri. This is a hands-on internship where you will learn and gain practical experience in retail sales, customer interaction, jewellery presentation, product knowledge, communication and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Sales
• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Understand customer preferences, requirements, occasions and budget.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery pieces.
• Explain product features, materials,
design and care instructions clearly.
• Provide personalized styling suggestions.
• Build a comfortable and positive customer experience.
• Assist in converting store walk-ins into purchases.
• Support upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Handle customer questions and basic objections professionally.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship building.
2. Product & Brand Knowledge
• Learn about Savera's brand philosophy, collections and design language.
• Develop knowledge of jewellery materials, purity, craftsmanship and product features.
• Learn about different jewellery categories and collections.
• Stay updated on current products and launches.
• Develop the ability to confidently explain products to customers.
