Required Skills
• Robust experience in Java/J2EE applications.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
• Knowledge of production support processes, incident management, and SLA adherence.
• Experience in log analysis and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
