Purpose:





Managing bid resources, communication, implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes for planning, producing, and delivering compliant & winning proposals within a complex business setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for complete end-to-end Presales & Bid Management.
• Working in close collaboration with the Commercial Sales team, Operations, internal SMEs, and other support teams to prepare effective and custom-made quality proposals, executive summaries, bid solutions, and presentations. Ensuring completion within the stipulated timeline.
• Managing and updating centralized repositories for all bids / proposals / capability presentations and references.
• Bid production, publishing, and communication of process documentation, sales documents, RFXs, and distribution of project plans for bid
