Experience: 3-5 years of experience in handling administration job
Education: Any Bachelor degree

Printing & Stationery.
• Taking care requests related to Visiting Cards/ID cards etc.,
• Managing the stock of Letter heads /Envelops etc.
• Managing stationery stocks & preparing monthly requirements.

Vendor Management:
• Communication with vendors related to their service issues.
• Talking to vendors for arranging Invoices related to various services
• Arranging Quotations for admin related requirements
• Checking and processing of Invoices by making necessary entries.
• Preparing rate contract letters
• Assessing the vendor related activities like , flower supply, soft beverages & Lunch & Snacks, newspaper & magazine supply, tea /coffee vending machine, etc.
• Use to compare quotations of competitive vendors, sample testing, rate negotiations, annual contract with them, monitoring their payment module & ensuring a cost effective operation.

General Admin.
• Booking of hotel accommodation for guests




• Arranging transportation for guests.
• Communication with guests & sr. management.
• Processing of all he admin invoice in Tool
• Workstation Allocation for recent hires
• Assigning Cupboard and Drawers
• Preparing necessary documents for Mobile/Data card Connection based on approvals
• Managing and updating Workstation database
• Handling employees requests related to vehicles for inter office movement
• Handling shuttle between Silk board Metro & Office.
• Preparing Monthly statement related to Airtel & Vodafone Mobile phone.
• Parking space management.
• Managing day to day activities.
• Handling corporate tie-ups with all-star category hotels.
• Company vehicle management.
• Coordination with local Police/Authorities for routine checkup in the facility area.
• Front office & Guests Management:
• Visitors Management.
• Handling Insurance for employees as well as vehicles.
