Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 6–10 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Python, Generative AI and Agentic AI. The role will provide hands-on technical leadership for designing and delivering production-ready AI solutions, while guiding developers on architecture, implementation, engineering practices and AI technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, agentic workflows, orchestration, LLM integrations, APIs and enterprise integrations.




• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide the development team through implementation.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, conduct design and code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure quality, security, scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and drive adoption of coding standards, reusable components, testing, observability, Responsible AI and modern GenAI/Agentic AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Solid proficiency in Python with experience developing scalable, maintainable and production-ready applications, including REST APIs, software architecture, design patterns, testing, debugging and performance optimization.
• Strong practical experience with GenAI/LLM application development, prompt engineering, context management, model selection, tokens, embeddings, tool/function calling and LLM integrations.
