Key Information:
• Designation: Head of Marketing
• Department: Marketing
• Reports to: Founders
• Location: Gurgaon
• Experience: 10 to 15 years, including at least 4 years leading a marketing team
• Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
alt.f has grown from a Delhi NCR coworking brand into a national one. We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take the brand into new cities and make alt.f the first name that comes to mind when a startup, SME or enterprise team looks for a workspace.
This person will own two things together: the brand, built through campaigns that people remember, and the demand engine (paid, organic, partner-led and automated) that turns that awareness into a steady pipeline for the sales team. It is a leadership role in a startup, so it needs someone who sets the strategy and is equally comfortable getting into the detail of a campaign, a dashboard or an automation flow.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand and Positioning
• Own alt.f’s brand positioning, messaging and identity, and keep them consistent across every city, centre and channel.

• Conceive and run integrated brand campaigns (digital, OOH, PR, events and community) that build awareness and preference nationally.
• Track brand health (branded search, share of voice, social reach, recall) and report it alongside performance numbers.

Recent City Launches
• Plan and run go-to-market for Bengaluru, Maharashtra and Chennai: pre-launch demand building, launch campaigns, local partnerships, broker networks and ramp-up to target occupancy.
• Build a repeatable city-launch playbook that can be used for every future market.

Performance Marketing and Demand Generation
• Own full-funnel paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic, and allocate budget by city, centre and product.
• Own pipeline targets jointly with sales: qualified leads, cost per lead, CAC, cost per seat closed and marketing-sourced revenue.
• Run account-based marketing with sales for enterprise and mid-m
