Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and performance of our branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for sales, training operations, team management, student experience, revenue, branch administration, HR coordination, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and operational management skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and achieve branch-level targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Operations

Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.

Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Training, CRM, Placement, HR, Digital Marketing, Admin, and other teams.

Ensure proper utilization of classrooms, labs, trainers, and other branch resources.

Monitor branch discipline, cleanliness, infrastructure,



and overall working environment.

Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure all branch processes and company policies are followed.

• Sales & Revenue Management

Drive branch sales and revenue targets.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and revenue through CRM.

Review team performance and identify gaps in the sales funnel.

Conduct regular sales review meetings and provide guidance to the team.

Support the sales team in handling high-value or critical student enquiries.

Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.

• Team Management & Leadership

Manage and motivate branch-level employees and teams.

Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
