About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR professional with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR activities and end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, along with exposure to non-IT recruitment and basic HR operations.
The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills, as the candidate will work closely with employees, candidates, hiring managers, management, and the Director.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, dependable, highly organized,



and comfortable managing both recruitment and HR operations. Strong coordination skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the Director, employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment – End-to-End
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
Handle non-IT recruitment as and when required.
Coordinate with hiring managers and the Director regarding manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interview pr
