We’re looking for high-ownership Backend Engineers (SDE-2) who want to build scalable systems, own production-critical services, and solve complex engineering challenges that directly impact millions of users.

? What You’ll Do
Build at Scale
• Design and develop scalable backend services and distributed systems
• Drive low-level design independently and contribute to architectural decisions
• Build reliable, observable, and performance-optimized systems
• Solve for scale, latency, failure handling, and operational excellence
Own Critical Systems
• Take end-to-end ownership of services — from design to production
• Improve monitoring, alerting, uptime,
and engineering hygiene
• Lead debugging, RCA, and long-term reliability improvements
Drive Engineering Excellence
• Write clean, modular, production-grade code
• Apply strong DS & Algo fundamentals to real-world systems
• Use AI tools effectively while maintaining strong engineering judgment
• Raise the quality bar through code reviews and technical discussions

? What We’re Looking For
Must Have
• 2–5 years of software development experience
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals
• Experience building and shipping production systems
• Exposure to distributed systems / scalable backend services
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
