Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Varanasi at Changing Minds Counseling, Psychotherapy & Child Development Centre.



The Occupational Therapist will assess clients’ functional abilities, sensory processing, and developmental needs, and design individualized intervention plans to improve daily living, academic, and social skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with psychologists, counselors, and families to support integrated care. The role involves working closely with children and adolescents, providing parent education, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to case discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in workshops or awareness programs and help develop structured therapy materials and resources aligned with the centre’s therapeutic approach.
