Manager – Brand & Performance Marketing

We’re looking for a marketer who can think brand and business at the same time.
Someone who understands how to build a brand across traditional and new-age media, create campaigns people notice, and equally understands what happens after someone clicks an ad.
This role will work across brand, media, performance marketing, activations and the customer acquisition funnel, with accountability extending beyond leads to actual customer activation.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Campaigns
Own and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Work closely with creative and media agencies to translate business objectives into strong campaign ideas, communication and media plans.
Have a strong understanding of copy, messaging and creative development, with the ability to recognise what makes an ad work.
Develop campaign briefs, evaluate creative routes and ensure consistency across channels and customer touchpoints.

Media Planning & Buying




Plan and manage campaigns across traditional and new-age media, including digital and social media, Google, YouTube, Meta, programmatic, OTT/CTV, print, radio, OOH/DOOH and emerging channels.
Work with media partners and agencies on planning, buying, optimisation, measurement and campaign effectiveness.
Understand the role different media channels play across awareness, consideration, acquisition and conversion.

Performance Marketing
Work closely on performance campaigns with a explicit understanding of metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPI, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and customer activation costs.
Understand audience segmentation, retargeting, creative testing, landing page optimisation and campaign optimisation.
Be comfortable analysing campaign performance and identifying where acquisition funnels are leaking.
