About Certinal:

Certinal is a unified Consent & Compliance Platform that replaces paper-based consent, manual intake, and uncontrolled forms with a single, fully digital system built for enterprise organizations. It digitally captures patient consent, enables legally binding electronic signatures, and ensures compliance with major regulations including HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2 Type II, and CMS-0053-F, while integrating directly with EHR systems like Epic and Oracle Cerner.

Position Overview:

Certinal is looking for a Associate Product Manager to support the product team across discovery, specification and delivery for our e-Signature and e-Consent platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales and customer success to turn customer problems into shipped, well-defined product.
This is an execution-focused role for someone early in their product career. You will write the stories, chase the details, keep the backlog honest and make sure what ships matches what was agreed. Because Certinal operates in regulated healthcare, you will also learn to treat audit trails,



evidence and compliance requirements as first-class product concerns rather than afterthoughts.

Experience: 1 to 4 years in product management or a closely related role, including a minimum of 1 year in healthcare SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
• Write explicit user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirement documents from agreed problem statements.
• Groom and maintain the backlog alongside engineering and QA, and keep priorities, dependencies and status current.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement and review, and unblock engineering questions during the sprint.
• Triage customer feedback, support tickets and field requests into themes with evidence and frequency attached.
• Run structured competitive teardowns of e-signature and e-consent products and keep a living comparison current.
