About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Head – Quick Commerce to lead and scale our business across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, Flipkart Minutes, and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing product visibility, managing platform relationships, ensuring inventory availability, and executing high-impact commercial and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy
• Develop and execute the overall Quick Commerce growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across all Quick Commerce platforms.
• Identify new opportunities, cities, categories, and platform partnerships for expansion.
• Own the Quick Commerce P&L; and deliver sustainable business growth.

Platform Account Management
• Manage relationships with key account managers across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart,



BB Now, Flipkart Minutes, and other platforms.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual business plans, joint business planning (JBP), and promotional calendars.
• Ensure timely onboarding of current SKUs and categories.

Sales & Commercial Excellence
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive assortment expansion, pricing strategy, visibility, and category rankings.
• Optimize promotions, platform campaigns, and performance marketing investments.
• Monitor ROAS, margins, contribution, and profitability.

Inventory & Supply Chain
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Minimize stock-outs while optimizing inventory turnover.
• Forecast demand based on seasonal trends, campaigns, and platform insights.

Marketing & Visibility
• Work closely with Brand and Performance Marketing teams to improve search visibility an
