About NuyugNuyug is a rapid-growing celebration-wear jewellery brand creating high-quality, gold and rhodium-plated jewellery for weddings, festivities and social occasions. We are building a new-age jewellery brand at the intersection of design, digital commerce and performance-led growth.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of our digital growth initiatives — from running campaigns and analysing performance to working with creators and creative teams to continuously build better-performing ads.
What You'll OwnPerformance Marketing• Plan, structure, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, catalogue, shopping and other relevant formats.
• Monitor performance across ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR and other key metrics.
• Identify winning products, audiences, creatives and campaign structures and scale them systematically.




• Conduct regular experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages and campaign formats.
• Manage budgets and allocate spends based on performance and business priorities.
• Track daily/weekly performance and translate data into clear actions.

Creative Strategy & ExecutionThis is not just a media-buying role. Creative will be a major part of the job.
• Identify what creative angles, hooks and formats are working and translate those insights into new creative briefs.
• Work closely with our in-house social media and design teams, external creative agencies and influencers to get performance creatives produced.
• Build and maintain a structured creative testing pipeline so that new creatives are continuously entering campaigns.
• Analyse creative performance and provide actionable feedback on hooks, messaging, products, formats and offers.
