Skills And Competencies





• Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards with proven experience preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals in a multi-entity environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of Record-to-Report processes, including period-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting workflows Demonstrated ability to advise on accounting treatment for commission plans and information provider royalties, including expense recognition policy and contract review
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting software, including enterprise resource planning systems and account reconciliation platforms such as SAP and BlackLine
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex variances, form independent conclusions, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation within accounting or fina
