Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate with 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through comprehensive test planning, test case creation, test execution, defect management,



and active participation in Agile delivery processes. The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Job Functions

• Participate in all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios and quality risks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate application functionality against business requirements and expected outc
