About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer with 10 15 years of experience to design, build, and operate large-scale backend services for a Kubernetes-based industrial digital platform.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role requiring robust experience in distributed systems, microservices, APIs, security, Kubernetes, and production engineering. You will own complex features end-to-end, influence technical design, troubleshoot production systems, and mentor other engineers.

What You Ll Work On





• Design and build scalable backend microservices, APIs, and event-driven services.
• Develop applications using Node.js/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, and Go.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Cassandra, and graph/big-data technologies where applicable.
• Build secure APIs using OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, Keycloak, API gateways, and Istio.
• Deploy and operate services on Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
• Work with Angular applications and backend integrations where required.
• Collaborate with QA and Platform/DevOps teams on releases, observability, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own backend features from design and implementation through deployment and production support.
• Design reliable services with appropriate timeouts, retries, caching, resiliency, and observability.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions for backend services.
