Summary:
As an AEM + AI Native Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications to meet business process and application requirements, while bringing production-grade AI engineering capabilities to accelerate delivery and unlock new experience patterns. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, apply AI-assisted and agentic development workflows,
manage project timelines, and contribute to the overall success of application development initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Requirement Analysis & Component Development: Analyse business requirements using AI tools to synthesize briefs and generate component specifications build and configure AEM components using Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, and Java with AI accelerating boilerplate and scaffolding
• Testing, Debugging & Quality Ownership: Apply AI-generated test cases and AI-assisted debugging to improve coverage and reduce defect cycle times validate all AI-generated outputs with engineering judgement — AI assists, you own the quality
• Content Modelling & Integration: Participate in AEM content modelling, taxonomy planning, and MSM activities support integration with third-party APIs and DAM systems using LLM APIs and AI-assisted code review
