Role: Sr. ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow Architect
Experience: 8+ years

Must-Have Skills
ServiceNow Development in GRC modules, IRM, JavaScripting, Guide API, API using REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, Python scripting

Good-to-Have
• ServiceNow Development in ITSM, SECOPS
• Dev in Agile methodology

Roles and Responsibilities:
The role of a ServiceNow GRC Developer / Architect includes collaborating with other members of the client team to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Development in ServiceNow modules i.e., GRC (mandatory), ITSM, SECOPS and Custom application development
• Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI)
• Expertise in building and consuming APIs using REST/SOAP, with knowledge of JSON and XML
• Write Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks
• Utilize Python for Advanced data processing and creating utilities that complement ServiceNow functionalities.

Roles:




• Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform - User Management
• Entity Scoping leveraging CMDB
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Risk Management (Classic), Migrate existing risks to risk management module
• Audit Management
• Customization and Development of GRC/ IRM solutions in ServiceNow

Good to have
• Ability to Design and architect solutions to automated client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements
• Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
• Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
• Provide training to client team on user and admin level. Support handover process
• Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills & valuable judgement for escalation and delegat
