Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager – Nutraceuticals and Wellness Products

NG Electro is expanding its Nutraceutical Business Development team and looking for commercially driven professionals to build and grow relationships with D2C brands, wellness companies, startups, pharmaceutical companies, FMCG brands, and emerging nutrition businesses.

What you'll own:
End-to-end business development — lead generation, pipeline building, conversion and revenue growth
Key account management — develop strong relationships and drive repeat business
New business acquisition — identify and onboard emerging nutraceutical & wellness brands
Product opportunities — understand client briefs and work with NPD/R&D; to develop the right solutions
Commercial closure — manage costing, negotiations,



proposals and business conversion
Market development — identify emerging categories, formats, ingredients and consumer trends.

What you bring:
2–6 years of experience in BD / Sales / Key Account Management
Experience in Nutraceuticals, FMCG, Pharma, Wellness or CDMO/Private Label
Strong understanding of the nutraceutical & wellness ecosystem
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build a strong B2B pipeline and convert opportunities
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and a solid hunger to build business
