About The Role

The AGM/SM – Business Development will lead the go-to-market and revenue growth for Sustainiam's proprietary digital platform. The primary target market includes Independent Power Producers (IPPs), renewable energy generators, and large enterprises with captive power assets capable of generating environmental attributes such as I-RECs and carbon credits. You'll own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, and be Sustainiam's face across the IPP and enterprise asset-owner ecosystem.

Scope of Work

• Own end-to-end business development with a primary focus on IPPs,



renewable energy developers, power generators, and enterprises with own RE/captive assets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across solar, wind, hydro, and biomass segments, including corporate asset owners looking to monetize environmental attributes
• Drive platform adoption to help clients streamline project registration, issuance tracking, billing, reporting, and build a reliable credits supply pipeline
• Conduct product demos tailored to IPP and enterprise workflows, highlighting how the platform simplifies credit generation, supply management, and attribute monetization
• Develop deep relationships with IPP promoters, plant heads, corporate energy/sustainability teams, and compliance officers at asset-owning enterprises
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing Sustainiam clients (I-REC and carbon credit buyers) for platform onboarding
• Develop go-to-market strategies, sales
