About Humans of Hustle

From long-form conversations to short-form reels, you’ll help shape the pace, narrative, emotion, and visual language of Humans of Hustle.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong editing foundation, understands social content, and is excited to develop their creative voice.

• Turn raw footage from interviews, podcasts, events, and shoots into engaging, story-led content.
• Create reels, clips, cut-downs, teasers, trailers, and other social-first video formats.

• Understand and apply the right pacing, transitions, music, sound design, captions, and visual treatment for each piece of content.
• Add subtitles, motion elements, graphics, B-roll, SFX, and other elements to enhance storytelling.
• Adapt edits based on the requirements of different platforms and audiences.
• Collaborate with the social and content teams to understand what makes a video watchable, shareable, and platform-friendly.
• Take feedback constructively and make revisions efficiently.
