About Velocitrix Labs

Velocitrix Labs is an engineering-first venture studio based in Recent Delhi. We build production-grade custom software, high-throughput Python (FastAPI) backends, cross-platform Flutter mobile applications, and proprietary enterprise software systems.

We have production-ready codebases, established architecture blueprints, and live product case studies. Now, we are expanding our commercial acquisition pipeline and seeking an experienced, consultative B2B Sales Closer to spearhead outbound lead acquisition and contract closures for custom software and SaaS developments.

The Role

This is an uncapped, performance-driven closing role. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to contract sign-off for custom SaaS, enterprise dashboards, and cross-platform mobile app development projects.

Your responsibility is to open the conversation, qualify real business needs, navigate budgets, and close the contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Hunting: Conduct targeted multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, direct email, founder networks) to early-stage founders, CTOs, and operations leaders who need custom software builds.
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Lead initial 15-minute qualification calls to understand project scope, timelines, decision-making structures, and budget viability.
- Commercial Negotiation: Present commercial proposals, counter cheap offshore agency objections by pitching engineering quality and IP ownership, and guide prospects to a signed agreement.
- Pipeline Management: Track and nurture opportunities through a transparent pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high close ratios.
- Technical Handoff: Coordinate with our engineering leadership for technical scoping reviews and solution demonstrations.
