Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Relations Associate to represent our brand on-site at our shopping mall location. You will be the primary point of contact for mall visitors, handling in-person inquiries, managing feedback, assisting with promotional events, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
This is an onsite, full-time position offering performance-based career growth and salary increases.
Key Responsibilities• Visitor Assistance: Greet shoppers warmly and assist with directory directions, store locations, mall facilities, and event information.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally onsite, escalating complex matters to mall management when necessary.
• Information & Desk Management: Manage the central information desk, issue promotional vouchers/passes, log lost and found items, and handle visitor records.
• Event & Campaign Support: Assist with on-site marketing activations, seasonal events, and mall-wide loyalty programs.
• Store & Security Coordination: Work closely with mall retailers,



security personnel, and housekeeping teams to maintain a safe, seamless shopper environment.

Compensation & Benefits• Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Full Attendance Allowance: ₹1,000 per month (awarded for 100% scheduled shift attendance and punctuality)

Key Requirements & Qualifications• Education: High School (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Presentable personality with a welcoming, customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-footfall environment.
