Accounts Executive

Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week

Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in invoicing, salary processing, PF & ESI coordination, MIS reporting, Tally, reconciliations, audit coordination, GST and TDS-related activities.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, ledger management and statutory compliance, along with good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills and accounting entries.
• Perform Tally data entry and maintain accounting records in Tally.
• Manage ledger posting, verification and reconciliation.
• Support monthly salary preparation and payroll-related activities.
• Coordinate PF and ESI related activities and documentation.




• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and other periodic financial reports.
• Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide the required documents and information for audit activities.
• Assist with GST and TDS coordination, including documentation and supporting data.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting documents, records and supporting bills.
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Follow internal accounting processes, controls and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Robust understanding of basic accounting principles and ledger management.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
