Job Overview

ABM Hospital is urgently hiring a skilled Phlebotomist to manage patient blood sample collections and preliminary handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sample collection for routine and specialized lab investigations.
• Ensure accurate labeling, logging, and barcoding of collected samples to prevent pre-analytical errors.
• Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and strict adherence to biomedical waste management standards.
• Ensure transparent communication and patient comfort during sample draws.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Qualification:



Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT / CMLT) or relevant clinical certification.
• Experience: Prior experience in phlebotomy/sample collection in a hospital, diagnostic lab, or clinic setup.
• Skills: Strong venipuncture technique, vein assessment, and patient-handling skills.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
