UAT Test Engineer (Insurance Domain)

Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior UAT Analyst with solid hands-on experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain to lead and execute User Acceptance Testing for core P&C; systems — including policy administration, claims, billing, and rating engines. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business and regulatory requirements before go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UAT planning, test strategy design, and execution for P&C; insurance applications — Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Rating/Underwriting, and Reinsurance systems.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and SMEs to translate business requirements into detailed UAT test scenarios and test cases specific to P&C; lines (Auto, Home, Commercial Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, etc.).
- Design and maintain UAT test plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, and entry/exit criter
