Description
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

LP Transfer Administration
Serve as the primary coordinator for LP transfer requests across Ares-managed funds. Act as the central point of contact for transferring investors, transferees, fund administrators, legal counsel, tax, fund accounting, and internal stakeholders. Receive, review, and log incoming transfer requests. Maintain transfer request trackers and workflow dashboards, ensuring accurate status reporting and timely follow-up. Coordinate the collection and review of required transfer documentation and supporting materials. Source, prepare, and distribute standard transfer documentation and ancillary forms. Monitor transaction progress and proactively manage outstanding action items to facilitate timely completion. Transaction Coordination
Coordinate the end-to-end transfer process from initiation through execution and recording. Liaise with internal and external legal counsel regarding transfer documentation, comments, and negotiated changes.



Coordinate AML/KYC onboarding requirements with Compliance and third-party service providers. Facilitate delivery of completed transfer documentation to fund administrators and other stakeholders for processing and record updates. Escalate complex or non-standard transfer requests to appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.
Process Management & Reporting
Develop, maintain, and enhance policies, procedures, workflows, and operating manuals relating to LP transfer activity. Identify opportunities to streamline transfer processes and improve operational efficiency. Maintain detailed records and audit trails supporting transfer activity. Produce regular management reporting on transfer activity, including active, completed, pending, and cancelled transfers. Monitor key performance indicators and service levels for transfer processing. Support implementation of workflow tools, automation initiatives, and reporting solutions.
