Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP,



IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals. (75-150 FTEs) Lead client governance, QBRs/MBRs Controllership & Compliance (SOX/ICFR) Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level) Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments. Champion transformation, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities Solid domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with prior BPO experience.
