Hiring: Zonal Sales Head – Insurance ( Delhi NCR) Location: Gurugram / Delhi 2 Experience: 10–15 Years Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Sales / Marketing / Finance preferred) Reporting To: Founder / Managing Director About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Head to lead and expand our insurance agency distribution operations across multiple locations (Gurugram, Delhi NCR), with a focus on Life Insurance (primary) with Health Insurance sold through B2 B partner distribution network channels. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with Insurance Broking Firms and Insurance Marketing Firms (IMF), building and scaling advisor networks and B2 B channel network, along with a proven ability to drive business growth, manage teams, and maintain ethical sales practices. This role requires a customer-first approach with robust focus on recruitment and activation, enhancing distribution, lead retention, first-time-right execution, underwriting coordination, and compliant selling — primarily across Life and Health Insurance products,



with General Insurance as a supporting line. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition in Life (primarily) with Health Insurance and General Insurance as a supporting line through POSP and B2 B agency distribution channels Lead and execute effective lead retention and pipeline management strategies Ensure zero mis-selling and maintain ethical, transparent sales practices Manage customer database and ensure accurate proposal documentation Drive a first-time-right (FTR) culture with high proposal acceptance ratio Recruit, onboard, activate, and manage a productive B2 B channel partners (agencies, brokers, corporate tie-ups) across multiple locations Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and business pipeline reviews for management Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 5–15 sales professionals Must Have 10–15 years of experience in Insurance Broking Firms and/or Insurance Mar
