The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with 15 years of experience in adhesives, white cement, admixtures, waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials, or allied industries , with a solid understanding of the project ecosystem and established relationships across architects, builders, PMC firms, contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders. The role requires a commercially driven leader who can build high-value business pipelines, strengthen market presence, lead sales teams, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Leadership Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue, volume, margin, and market-share objectives. Drive growth across Project Sales, Institutional Sales, Specification Sales, and Key Accounts. Identify new markets, business opportunities, projects, and strategic accounts to expand the company's footprint. Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification to commercial closure and order execution. Build a strong and sustainable project pipeline through proactive market engagement.
