As we expand our capabilities in AI, automation, digital platforms and technology-enabled growth, we are looking for a Head of Technology & AI to build and lead our technology function. This is not only a technical management position. We are looking for someone who can combine technology leadership, hands-on execution, AI thinking and commercial understanding. What You Will Own Technology Strategy & Leadership- Define and execute Digital Span's technology and AI roadmap.- Build scalable technology capabilities supporting our clients and internal growth.- Evaluate technologies, platforms, APIs and tools and determine what we should build, buy, integrate or partner for.- Establish strong standards for architecture, documentation, quality, security and delivery. AI & Automation- Lead the adoption of AI across Digital Span.- Identify opportunities to use AI agents,



automation and integrations to improve productivity and reduce repetitive work.- Develop AI-enabled solutions that create measurable value for clients.- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and convert relevant developments into practical applications. Client Technology Solutions- Understand client business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.- Support the development of websites, digital platforms, CRM integrations, analytics, automation and AI solutions.- Participate in significant client discussions where technology expertise is required.- Ensure solutions are commercially sensible, scalable and maintainable.
