Position Overview Looking for a seasoned sales qualified to drive growth for our Business Process Services (BPS) portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experiencein selling BPS/BPO/BPM solutions, including Back Office Outsourcing, Customer Experience Management (CXM), Contact Center, and Omnichannel CX solutions. The role requires a strong combination of hunting and farming capabilities — acquiring newenterprise clients while expanding relationships and wallet share with existing customers. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales for BPS/BPO/BPM, Back Office Outsourcing, CXM, Contact Center,



and Omnichannel CX offerings. Build and manage sales pipeline through new client acquisition and strategicaccount expansion. Identify, engage, and close opportunities with enterprise customers acrossindustries. Develop strong relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers. Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, solution positioning, RFP/RFI management, negotiations, and closure. Work closely with delivery, solution, and operations teams to create customizedcustomer solutions. Drive account mining and cross-selling opportunities within existing customerrelationships. Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets. Track market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging opportunities in the BPSindustry.
