About the Role We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels for our agency's clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and setup through daily optimization and reporting — working closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to hit growth and ROI targets. What You'll Do- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In,and other relevant platforms- Own budget allocation and pacing across multiple client accounts simultaneously- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data — bids, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels- Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, pixel/conversion tracking, UTM structures) to ensure accurate measurement- Build and present explicit, insight-driven performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS,
and other key metrics- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats/channels- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief and refine high-performing creative assets- Identify upsell and scaling opportunities within existing client accounts- Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment What We're Looking For- 2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting- Proven track record managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one of Linked In/Tik Tok/Pinterest Ads- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis; familiarity with dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc.) a plus- Strong
