Role Overview:

We are looking for a Design Executive who will be responsible for creating and executing design plans for our retail/F&B; spaces. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n
- Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines
/n
- Visit project sites to assess requirements and incorporate necessary revisions into designs
/n
- Develop 3D models for proposed premises
/n
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
/n
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for sites
/n




- Ensure design accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
/n

Qualifications:

/n

/n
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) .
/n

/n

/n

Experience:

/n

/n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B; design
/n
- Experience working with a design firm will be an added advantage
/n

/n

/n

Required Skills:

/n

/n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
/n
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
/n
- Robust coordination and communication skills
/n
- Attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
/n
