We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 4–6 years of experience to manage and support the organization’s day-to-day information technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of Information Technology, IT infrastructure, systems administration, troubleshooting, hardware and software management, network support, and IT security.

The IT Executive will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems while providing timely technical support to employees. This role requires solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external IT vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, systems, and other technology resources.




- Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, system access, and application-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking equipment, operating systems, and other IT assets.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, network connectivity, system performance, and availability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, shared drives, and other IT-related access requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, configurations, and inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, software licensing, internet connectivity, AMC services, and technical support.
