What would you do? • The Instructional Design Manager implements the overall instructional design of learning products developed in LEDD ensuring that projects successfully evolve from sponsor stakeholders expectations through development of assets and effective and efficient deployment of the asset(s).
• The Instructional Design Manager has the primary purpose of managing all stages of capability enabler architecture, design and build

• o In-depth functional technical knowledge and expertise, particularly related to capability and enablement products
• o Solid project management skills
• o Deep understanding of methodology and product development processes for the product lifecycle
